The District’s commitment to nondiscrimination under Title IX and under other state and federal laws is further defined in School Board Policy #2266.

The District employees who hold each of the positions identified below serve as Title IX Coordinators for the District:

Families may contact any staff member or the District Title IX Coordinators in person, by phone or in writing, to issue a complaint. 

Employee training courses include topics covered include the role of legal precedent, regulatory and subregulatory guidance related to Title IX; relevant terminology used in Title IX guidance; and guidelines school districts must follow to remain in compliance with the law.
