About the Virtual Backpack

The Community Events Page & Virtual Backpack for Franklin Public Schools is our way to share community happenings and events that may be important to our families.  This "eco-friendly" approach to distributing information supports the district's educational goals and mission.

FPS does not send home hard copy non-school flyers/advertisements with students per Board Policy.

During the school year, our building newsletters will include mentions to parents/guardians to check the Community Events/Virtual Backpack for upcoming events and happenings they may be interested in.

Organizations wishing to submit information to be posted in the Virtual Backpack must do so by completing the Flyer Request Form with attached PDF available on the website or at:  xxxxxx  at least two weeks (14 days) in advance of the desired posting date.
