Dispose of your unused or expired medications properly!  A Drug Collection Box is available 24 hours a day in the lobby of the Franklin Police Department.  

Help get the Whelan One-Room Schoolhouse ready for Christmas!   On Saturday, November 23rd, kids in grades 1-8 are invited to help decorate the windows, trim the Christmas tree and prepare for a Christmas program.  Register today!

Volition Franklin and the Franklin Health Department present Healthy Holidays! Visit their free health education pop-up tables at various locations throughout the city, December 3-18th.  

Hack your Hot Chocolate at the Franklin Public Library on Friday, December 6th!  Warm up with creative hot chocolate combinations.  Free and open to students in grades 7-12. 

The Franklin Public Schools Art Department is partnering with Hunger Task Force to provide FEEDING FRANKLIN on Saturday, December 7th at Forest Park Middle School.  All proceeds from the event will go to Hunger Task Force and help those locally that are in need. A Facebook Event for Feeding Franklin has been created.  If you are planning to attend and are on FB, please mark yourself as "going" or "interested."  Bring your family and make a lunch of it!

The Franklin Historical Society and the Franklin Public Library invite you to enjoy an Historical Christmas Village Weekend on Saturday, December 7th at Lions Legend Park and Sunday December 8th at the Franklin Public Library!  

Teens!  Design and create your own holiday greeting cards at the Franklin Public Library on Wednesday, December 11th.  Free and open to students in grades 7-12.  

Forte Theatre School announces Seussical JrAuditions on January 2nd and January 4th, with practices beginning January 28th and performances on April 3-5th.  Open to students in grades 1-8.
