The FPS Wellness Clinic is located within the Community Education & Recreation Center (CERC), conveniently situated next to the ECC District Office on Forest Hill Avenue.
At the FPS Wellness Clinic, all regularly scheduled* district staff, whether on our health plan or not, -and- any spouses or dependents (ages 2 and older) enrolled in the District Health Plan have access to a range of convenient, high-quality healthcare services designed to support their overall well-being.
*Please Note: Employees not eligible to access the health clinic include: Seasonal Athletic Coaches and Club Advisors who are not regular employees, substitute staff, Rec Department employees who teach limited classes, Athletic Event Staff, Seasonal Staff and Staff that are only assigned to work during the summer.
Services provided by ProActive MD typically include:
- primary care
- preventive care such as vaccinations and health screenings
- chronic condition management
- wellness consultations
- treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
The clinic provides a confidential and accessible environment where employees can receive timely care to help them stay healthy, productive, and focused.
