The City of Franklin has many opportunities for travelling. Join us for a day of fun, entertainment and new friends. Franklin seniors choose their next destination. The City of Franklin pays for the bus transportation. We travel throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Franklin Senior Walking Club meets from 9am-11am every Thursday at the Milwaukee Sports Complex, 60th and Ryan. (Closed when FPS's are closed) We walk every week regardless of the weather conditions. One-time $9 fee to join includes a t-shirt. For information: David or Judy Beine, 414-421-3490.
Franklin Senior Citizen Club is open to all Franklin residents who are 55 years of age or older. Luncheon: First Wednesday of each month at Root River, 76th and Rawson Avenue. Forest Home Avenue, Hales Corners. Social: Third Wednesday of each month at Noon at Brenwood Park Senior Apartments, 9501 West Loomis Road. Membership fee: $15 per year.
