Dear Franklin Public Schools Families,

We are communicating to let you know that PowerSchool is now back up and running and we have a new website URL to access for student information.

The new website URL for families and students to access PowerSchool is:
https://fps.powerschool.com/public/home.html

Please click the link above in your browser or on your mobile device and create a bookmark or shortcut for quick access when needed. Please also delete or remove any old bookmarks or shortcuts as the old PowerSchool server no longer works. 

For any families that did not complete Back-To-School Online Check-in by the July 19th deadline, you can now complete that process by signing into PowerSchool at the new link above.  BTSOC is required to be completed by all families for each child attending Franklin Public Schools.  

For families and students, your login credentials are the same as they were before. 

• Parents/Guardians can use your email address as your username and your chosen password. If you forgot your password, please utilize the “forgot password link” on the sign in page to start the process to change your password.  
• Student usernames and passwords are the same as they were last school year.  

If you are having other issues with signing in, we recommend clearing your web browser’s cache and web history (directions for popular web browsers are here) as the browser may be holding on to data from the previous PowerSchool webpage.  If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please contact your child’s home school for further assistance.
