NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election is to be held in the Franklin Public School District on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed below. The term of office for School Board Members is three years beginning on Monday, April 27, 2026.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a Campaign Registration Statement and a Declaration of Candidacy must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 in the office of the School District Clerk, 8255 West Forest Hill Avenue, Franklin, WI. Candidacy papers may be picked up at the FPS Education & Community Center during office hours Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. beginning December 1, 2025. Please note the filing office will be closed December 22, 2025 - January 2, 2026. The filing office will be open until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 for the filing deadline. You may pick up Candidacy papers during the closed dates. Candidacy papers will be available in the FPS Education & Community Center vestibule.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary election will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
