A MAP to Success!

Our students have made exceptional growth on their Winter MAP scores. Each student has an individual target that is designed to help them achieve and perform at their highest potential. The staff at Country Dale is very proud of the number of students at each grade level who have already made their spring target. Keep up the great effort, students, and thanks to our CD parents who support them! The chart below shows the percentage of students at each grade level who've accomplished this impressive goal.

Mrs. Noel Needs all the Help She Can Get!

No wonder she was so thankful when Mary earned Assistant Principal status during the Education Foundation auction! Mary spent part of the day doing morning announcements, visiting classrooms and, even, assisting with the fire drill! Mary was such a great help that Mrs. Noel is having trouble getting her work done without her!

Country Dale is Hard at Work!

The week of August 27th, Country Dale teachers were busy preparing for the arrival of our students. In addition to getting lesson plans ready and rooms organized, our staff spent many hours learning together. Reviewing student performance data, advancing their understanding of the national Common Core standards, and setting building improvement goals were the focus of the first two days of the teachers' return to school. Our last few hours together were spent in a team-building exercise that will strengthen an already high performing team! We're excited about a new year!
