Pleasant View's teaching staff and support personnel utilize a variety of strategies to actively engage students in learning. The curriculum provides a solid foundation in reading, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies through individualized instruction. We strive to help students understand concepts, processes, and relationships while developing higher level thinking skills.

Wednesday, February 10 - HALF DAY FOR STUDENTS/Students dismissed at 11:40 am.
Thursday, February 11 - District Art Fiesta @ Forest Park, 5:30 pm-7:30 pm.
Please encourage your student to bring their public library card to school. When they show it to one of the library staff they will receive a Panther Pride slip and have a link in the library card chain. If the chain goes all the way to the library we will win an extra Spirit Day!
Don't forget to have your student turn in their artwork for the Family Reading Night program cover. One chosen picture will be featured at the cover of the program. All entries my be turned in by February 12
The Third Annual Franklin Public Schools K-12 Fine Arts Fiesta will be held on Thursday, February 11th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Forest Park Middle School. Please click on Fiesta_Volunteer_Letter.pdf to find more information and how you can help with this event.

As you may already know, we are now the Pleasant View Panthers and we have had a logo created. Here it is...
Our school colors are blue, black, and white.
We will have some school spirit wear in the coming months! |
