Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Department encompasses custodial, maintenance, construction, planning and design. Although services are provided at all district facilities, they are located at the Education and Community Center, 8255 W. Forest Hill Ave., and function on a 12-month calendar.

Safety Overview

The Safety Advisory Committee has designed an organizational chart to communicate what initiatives are being followed to provide a safe environment within district buildings for students, families and staff.

Green Initiatives

We use the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) as our resource for making good decisions in this area. We try to incorporate aspects of their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program (LEED) in our daily operations and our facility designs. Get a list of our Green Initiatives.
