District Departments

Student achievement is our number one priority and we continually challenge our students to be their personal best. From our continual improvement on the Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Exam, to over 90% of our third graders scoring proficient or advanced on the State reading test, we have a lot to be proud of!

Our schools are recognized as leaders in the state and across the nation in K-12 education. With the advice and support of Franklin citizens, the Franklin Public School District continually works to refine and enrich programs for the benefit of our students.

Our philosophy reflects our commitment ". . . to educate every student to his/her highest level of personal excellence through learning experiences that focus on student needs in active partnerships with family and community."

Our district facilities include five elementary schools, one middle school (Grades 7 and 8), one high school and the district office.

The community of Franklin has had much growth, and the district is constantly working to plan for changes in enrollment, whether the numbers are increasing or decreasing. Enrollment numbers are used to plan the budget, class sizes and busing for the following year.

Please feel free to review Franklin's enrollment history by school, as well as district totals.

The Franklin Public School District's administrative team includes the superintendent, four directors, seven principals, three associate principals and other administrators in specialized areas such as finance, food services, and maintenance.
