"I believe that school is a place for students to prepare themselves for the real world. At Country Dale, it is our goal to ensure that children have the opportunity to implement innovative ideas through personalized learning and collaboration. In all learning environments, you will find students communicating through problem solving and investigating during the creative process. Students will form a personal connection to other subjects through an integrated curriculum aligned to the Common Core State Standards as we guide all of our students towards success at Country Dale Elementary School. I am excited to be a part of such an amazing place!"

Country Dale's teaching staff and support personnel utilize a variety of strategies to actively engage students in learning. The curriculum provides a solid foundation in reading, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies through individualized instruction.  We strive to help students understand concepts, processes, and relationships while developing higher level thinking skills.

MADISON — State Superintendent Tony Evers offered congratulations to Country Dale Elementary School for being among 173 schools in the state that received Wisconsin Title I School of Recognition honors for the 2014-15 school year. “These schools are examples of the success we need in all of our schools to close the achievement gap,” Evers said.

The schools were recognized during a special Oct. 13 ceremony at the State Capitol in Madison hosted by Deputy State Superintendent Mike Thompson. Pictured with Thompson, from left: Karen Noel, former Country Dale Principal, Laura Maier, Math Systems Specialist, and Jaclyn Burczyk, Reading Systems Specialist. Annual Cougar Chase

Country Dale's Annual Cougar Chase took place on Friday, September 26th.  Thank you to Mr. Blask, our Physical Education Teacher as well as our PTO Chairpersons, Ali Hoffman and Michell Hayes for helping organize this event.  We also could not have done it without all our parent volunteers!  Thank you to everyone who helped out.  What a successful event.
