REGISTRATION FOR ATHLETICS WILL OPEN BY AUGUST 7th FOR FPMS SPORTS. ALL REGISTRATIONS FOR SPORTS MUST BE DONE ONLINE. 

REGISTRATION FOR ACTIVITIES WILL HAPPEN AT EACH CLUB'S FIRST MEETING. 

Forest Park is excited to offer a variety of athletic and activity opportunities for our students. We highly encourage all students to consider joining a sport or club (or several!) to expand their skills, meet other students, and most of all have fun!

Online registration is required to join any sport at Forest Park. Through the online registration, you will review important forms and submit any necessary paperwork. 

Click HERE for information about how to register your student online for athletics. Directions for online registration will also be included in the Forest Park Middle School weekly bulletin that is sent via email to parents and students each Monday during the school year. Registration for athletics is currently open for all sports.  Registration will close once that sport has started.

7th and 8th grade students can participate in all clubs and all sports.

6th grade students are eligible to participate in all clubs and the following sports: cross country, wrestling, poms, and cheer. 

Each sport/club charges a $25 participate fee. This is added to the student's PowerSchool account 1-2 weeks after the sport/club begins. This fee is expected to be paid within 1 week of being posted to your student's account. This can be paid online in PowerSchool or the student can drop off cash or check in the main office. Students that do not pay this fee on time will be temporarily suspended from the sport/club until the fee is paid. 

Once a student has paid for 3 sports/clubs (total of $75), any other $25 sport/club fees will be waived for that school year. Once a family has paid for $150 worth of athletic/activity fees, any additional sport/club fees would be waived for that year.

If your student is interested in joining one of our activities, sign up will be completed at the first meeting for that particular activity. Sign up will NOT be done online.  Students should listen to announcements for when each activity will start.  This information will also be shared in our weekly bulletins and on our Forest Park Facebook page, and updated on this website throughout the year.
